Upon purchase, you will need to collect your empty waste bag from:

we will contact you to organise this and then when you have filled your bags, we will collect. the bags need to be filled on a driveway or front garden to allow for our hiab lorry to crane from the street and collect. Bags are required to be filled within 4-6 weeks.
Our waste bulk bags are great for all your small home and garden DIY projects, not only will the bag take up less space on the job they’re a perfect money saving alternative to a skip.

We will not accept any hazardous items such as

Any form of asbestos
Chemical waste
Human/animal waste
Food waste
Tyres
Fluorescent light tubes
Cardboard and plastic
Or any items that are not stated in the
‘WE COLLECT THE FOLLOWING’ description.
If you purchase a bag online or in store for a specific item to go in it but then upon collection the bag appears to be mixed with hazardous items or items we do not collect we reserve the right not to collect the bag and this we go down as a failed delivery and a non refundable item.
DELIVERY & PRODUCT COLLECTION
Delivered via Hiab lorry, all deliveries are kerbside only and must remain on hard standing for the duration of the delivery process, please also take note of any low-lying tree branches, power cables or vehicles obstructing the delivery process as these are things for obvious health and safety reasons, we cannot Crain near or over. In the event of a failed delivery due to being unable to offload safely, this will go down as a failed delivery and you will still be charged, all materials must be left on the property we are delivering to as we will not leave any materials blocking public pathways and roads.
