Delivered via pallet truck and tail lift, all deliveries are kerbside only and must remain on level & hard standing ground for the duration of the delivery process ,please also take note of anything obstructing where the bulk bag needs to be positioned, in the event of a failed delivery due to being unable to offload in a safe manner this will go down as a failed delivery and you will still be charged, all materials must be left on the property we are delivering to as we will not leave any materials blocking public pathways and roads.
Returns
You have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute about any broken/damaged goods and we will always replace any item free of charge that has been damaged by ourself upon delivery and when we replace them we will take away the damaged goods as sometimes this might be a fault from the manufacturer and something we have to raise a dispute with ourselves. You also have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute on items that you may no longer require or have over ordered, this will then incur a delivery charge subject to where we have delivered the materials to and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return payment, all unwanted/ over ordered items must be untouched and left in its original packaging and fit for resale, especially parishable items such as kiln dry, postmix, cement, and pavefix.
