You have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute about any broken/damaged goods and we will always replace any item free of charge that has been damaged by ourselves upon delivery and when we replace them, we will take away the damaged goods with us as sometimes this might be a fault from the manufacturer and something we have to raise a dispute with ourselves. You also have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute on items that you may no longer require or have ordered, this will then incur a delivery charge subject to where we have delivered the materials to and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return payment, all unwanted/ over ordered items must be untouched and left in its original packaging and fit for resales especially perishable items such as kiln dry, post-mix, cement, and pave fix. Delivered via Hiab lorry, all deliveries are kerbside only and must remain on hard standing for the duration of the delivery process, please also take note of any low-lying tree branches, power cables or vehicles obstructing the delivery process as these are things for obvious health and safety reasons, we cannot Crain near or over. In the event of a failed delivery due to being unable to offload safely, this will go down as a failed delivery and you will still be charged, all materials must be left on the property we are delivering to as we will not leave any materials blocking public pathways and roads.

Small products will only be delivered alongside bulk materials. We deliver Bulk Bags, Purchase of solely 20-25kg bags or small items alone will be collected from the following address.
